Please read these terms carefully before using the 555z platform. By accessing the site you agree to be bound by them.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 555z ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://555z.bet, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and support facilities offered therein. These Terms apply to all users of the platform without exception, whether accessing from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar or any other location.
555z reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
Key Terms at a Glance
Players must be 21 years or older. Age is verified at registration. Accounts found to be underage are closed immediately and balances forfeited.

Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of the 555z platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms take effect from the moment you complete account registration or, where no account is required, from the moment you first access any part of the platform. Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions: clicking "I agree" during registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or continuing to use the platform after being notified of an amendment to these Terms.
These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all circumstances, including any dispute about the interpretation of a provision. Where a Bengali translation of any platform content differs from the English version, the English version controls. Players who are not comfortable reading English are encouraged to seek assistance from a trusted person before accepting these Terms.
Eligibility
To open and maintain an account with 555z and to access the platform's gaming and betting services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
- You are not the subject of any self-exclusion order or voluntarily excluded from any other gambling platform at the time of registration.
- You have not previously had an account with 555z suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
- You are using funds that belong to you personally and which are not derived from any criminal or unlawful activity.
Account Registration and Verification
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account with 555z. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being voided. To complete registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email address.
- Your registered name must match the name on the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches will result in withdrawal requests being held pending additional verification.
- 555z may request identity documents at any time, including a government-issued national ID card, passport or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must notify 555z support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Account registration is free of charge. 555z does not charge any sign-up fee or account maintenance fee.
- Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 555z support. Available balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing.
555z accounts are for personal use only. You may not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise allow any third party to use your account. Any winnings, bonuses or credits accumulated in an account that has been transferred or sold will be void and the account will be closed.
Deposits and Withdrawals
555z processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and selected bank transfer options. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the transaction being reversed and the account being flagged for review.
- The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 555z may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above a defined threshold.
- Deposits credited to your account are available for betting immediately upon confirmation. 555z does not charge transaction fees on deposits.
- Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
- 555z does not charge fees on withdrawals. Processing times are typically within 24 hours of approval for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to 3 business days for bank transfer.
- 555z reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.
Players are responsible for any fees or charges levied by their bank or mobile money provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. These third-party charges are outside 555z's control and are not reimbursable. Currency conversion fees, if any, are also the player's responsibility.
Bonuses and Promotions
555z offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus Terms and to the specific terms published for each individual promotion on the 555z platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term prevails for the matter in question.
- Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met using the bonus balance before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Rollover must be completed within the validity period stated for that promotion.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
- 555z reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk bets designed to complete rollover requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
- Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Duplicate accounts created to claim a welcome bonus multiple times will be closed and the bonus voided.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555z platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account closed, all balances voided and may be reported to relevant authorities. 555z takes the integrity of its platform seriously and employs automated detection alongside manual review processes.
- Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or payment details.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other mechanism to place bets, interact with games or circumvent platform security measures.
- Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or any form of manipulation of game outcomes, betting markets or live odds.
- Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned.
- Threatening, harassing, abusing or intimidating 555z staff, support agents or other platform users through any channel, including the live chat support function.
555z monitors platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, the platform may suspend the account immediately pending investigation without prior notice. Where the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be closed permanently and any balance held will be voided without recourse.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the 555z platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. For live dealer games operated by providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play and Ezugi, the rules in force at the live table at the time of play constitute the binding game rules. For RNG-based games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and other providers, the certified RNG engine governs outcomes. 555z does not modify, override or interfere with game logic.
In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, server error or payment processing error — the round outcome will be determined by the game provider's server logs, which are the authoritative record. Bets that cannot be confirmed in the server logs will be voided and stakes returned to the player. 555z is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile network outages on Grameenphone, Banglalink or Robi.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed. Stake limits may vary between games and between different bet types within the same game.
- Sports betting markets may be suspended or voided at 555z's discretion in cases of match postponement, abandonment, corruption investigation or force majeure events. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account.
- Winnings from sports bets are calculated at the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted by the platform. Late acceptance of a bet at changed odds will be at the odds prevailing at the time of acceptance, not the odds originally displayed.
Responsible Gaming
555z is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity and recognises that for some players, gambling can become problematic. 555z encourages all players to engage with these tools proactively, not only in response to a problem.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately on activation. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session time limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out. A session time reminder is displayed at intervals to inform the player of elapsed play time.
- Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used to place bets or access games.
- Self-exclusion: Players who believe their gambling is out of control may apply for permanent self-exclusion. This closes the account, blocks re-registration and cannot be reversed. Contact 555z support to initiate self-exclusion at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 555z platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials, is the property of 555z or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any content from the 555z platform without prior written permission.
The 555z brand name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on social media, in promotional content or in connection with third-party products — is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555z excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise:
- Loss of winnings, profits or revenue arising from any suspension, cancellation or restriction of your account carried out in accordance with these Terms.
- Loss or damage arising from interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure or circumstances beyond 555z's reasonable control.
- Loss arising from the player's own decisions in respect of gaming activity, including decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the platform.
- Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind, regardless of whether 555z has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination and Account Closure
555z may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; a legal or regulatory requirement to do so; or a determination that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to other users or to the integrity of the platform. In cases of termination for cause, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation and, where the breach is confirmed, forfeited.
Where an account is closed by 555z for reasons other than breach — for example, where a player's jurisdiction becomes subject to new restrictions — any available balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following standard verification checks. Players who voluntarily request account closure will receive their available balance via their verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.
Amendments to These Terms
555z reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially changes your rights or obligations, 555z will use reasonable efforts to notify active players via the email address registered on the account or via a notice displayed on the platform upon login. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notice.
Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a provision, and updates to reflect changes in game provider partnerships — may be made without notice and take effect immediately upon publication to the platform.
